The Flashover Riddim compilation combines militant Reggae vibes with heavy 808 basslines and Hip Hop-inspired drums, creating a modern soundsystem experience with roots foundations. The compilation features 5 vocal tracks and 1 instrumental version, including German Reggae veteran Dr. Ring Ding with his soundsystem anthem 'Follow Dis Yah Sound'. Conscious messages run throughout the release with Bandulu’s 'Dis World', Kol.EE’s 'Wise Solution' and Rico Banton’s 'World Inna Turmoil', all reflecting on current global issues. Representing the feminine voice of the project, Jamaican Reggae queen Vania Colours delivers the spiritual Rastafari-inspired tune 'Principles & Orders'. Closing the release is the raw instrumental version of the riddim itself, produced by label head Sabolious.
